Rx for Yoga

Rx for Yoga is an integrative approach to therapeutic yoga. I specialize in customizing your practice so you have the tools to improve your healthcare journey and build a strong and healthy life. As a cancer survivor, I have felt first hand the effects of a yoga practice, and how it improved my mental and physical wellbeing. My mission is to bring that feeling to others.

Bosom Buddies is a cancer radiation therapy compress that is applied to the skin following a radiation treatment to soothe the skin. I developed these cooling compresses, that contain a proprietary formulation, when I was going through treatments myself. Bringing relief to the skin due to the effects of burning from the radiation.
